Hexiciah is an adventurous scientist with centuries of experience, known for his fascination with ancient builders and inventions.
He is constantly on the search for new knowledge and discoveries, and is known for going on many adventures around the world.In particular, he was fascinated by the Builders, an ancient race of monsters who created the Catacombs under Monster High.
While his age is unknown, he has been alive for several centuries, assisting Elissabat in her escape from Transylvania and creating Robecca Steam.
A hundred years later, he joined an expedition to the Catacombs, where they activated a Builder machine that put them in suspended animation.

Hexiciah has family ties to Robecca Steam and friendships across the monster world, including a possible romance with Bloodgood.
Although he appears human, Hexiciah is actually part fae. His mother was a fairy acquainted with Oberon and Titania, and his father was a human scientist.
He was a close friend of the Steins, trusted by Dracula and Elissabat, and acquainted with Headless Headmistress Bloodgood, a young Rotter, and young Victor Frankenstein.
